PRINCE IKA today I will share with you five things that indicates you will remain poor forever. The question l began to ask was, “why is it that some people don’t become wealthy ❓ their fanances never increase or grow, ln a country like ours, with the opportunity that we have, only few retire wealthy. Here is what I consider to be the five indicators why people don’t become wealthy.

1, **PAYING THE PRICE** what economists refer to **inability to delay gratification** (to slow the level of spending to have fun in other to save) is another reason that people retire poor. The great majority of people have an irresistible compulsion to spend every single penny they make, and end up borrowing and buying on credit. **If you cannot delay gratification and discipline your self to refrain from spending everything** **you make** you cannot become wealthy. If you cannot practice frugality as a lifelong habit, it is impossible for you to achieve financial independence,and the seed of greatness is not in you.

2, MAKING A DECISION. Another reason people don’t become wealthy is that they never decide to. Even if a person read books, attend a seminar, associates with friends who are fanancial successful, nothing changes until she make a decision to do something different. even if it occurs to the person that she could become wealthy if she just did certain things in a specific way, if she doesn’t decide to take the first step, she ends up staying as she is. The primary reason for underachievement and failure is that the great majority of people don’t decide tobe successful. .the wish and hope and pray that they will make a lot of money but they never decide.

3, WHO IS ME? At the top of the list, is that it never occurs to them. The average person has grown up in the family where he had never known anyone who’s wealthy. He goes to school and socialize with people who are not wealthy.work with people who are not wealthy. He or she has a reference group or a social circle outside of work who are not wealthy. No rule model who is wealthy. this happened to you through out your formative years. This is the reason why people grow in the homes where parants are wealthy and are much more likely to become wealthy as adults, than people who grow up in the homes where parants are not wealthy. Wealth achievement is part of of world 🌍 view of children of wealthy parants. The important reason why people don’t become wealthy is that it never occurs to them that is possible for them to become wealthy too. If it had occurs to them they will take necessary steps to make it happen in their life.

4, MAY BE TOMORROW OR NEXT YEAR. procrastination can prevent people from becoming wealthy. People always have we a good reason not to began doing what they know they need to do to achieve financial independence. It’s always the wrong month, the wrong season or wrong year. The market isn’t right. they have to take risk and give up their security maybe next year until is too late. If it had occurs to the person that he can become wealthy, and he will made decision to change. procrastination is a thief of time and of life.

5, NEVER TAKE A LONG VIEW. the last reason that people retire poor as important as, if not more important than, all others. It is lack of time perspective. Time perspective,define as the amount of time you put into consideration when planning your day to day activities. And making important decisions to move your life forward. Take along view, project into the future when decided to do or not in the present
